Mike Lejeune, CERS, CPC, CTS, has more than 25 years’ experience in recruiting for with Fortune 500 corporations, Big 4 accounting firms, and emerging privately held businesses. Mike is considered an expert in the latest trends and techniques for leadership, staff selection and maximizing performance serving as a keynote speaker, workshop and retreat facilitator on leadership excellence, developing and leading Game Changing performance with clients across the US, Canada and South Africa. He served as the President of Steverson & Company, a Texas based award winning executive search and contract staffing firm, as well as President of the National Speakers Association. Mike has successfully completed three national certification programs, receiving his Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS), Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) designations. Mike writes and speaks on an international level, delivering practical application from real-world, in-the-trenches experience with humor, great stories and a keen ability to extract timeless truths from everyday experiences in each presentation. He resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, Tommie, his dog, PeneLynn, his cat, Emerson and his daughter, Nikki, who is attending Vet school at Texas A&M. He is active in his local church and Outback America, and is passionate about family relationships.
