Constance’s passion is leading and driving improvement initiatives that bring about great and lasting change for large and complex global companies. The more challenging the endeavor, the more exciting the initiative becomes for her. At this event she will discuss strategies to avoid change fatigue during major organizational transformations and helpful solutions to re-engage change weary associates.

 Constance is currently an Improvement & Performance Manager for Ericsson Inc., a telecommunications company that provides communication and network equipment, software and services, for network and business operations.  She has over 25 years of professional experience in consulting, continuous improvement, customer program management, construction project management, ISO/TL9000 compliance, and customer satisfaction programs.

Other: Upon arrival to the event, Ericsson Risk Management requires each attendee to sign a waiver to be on the Ericsson premise. Ericsson Trade Compliance requires each attendee to present a photo ID and confirm they are not citizens of or permanent residents of: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria.
