Biography / Why I Want To Join The ACMP Texas Board

The field of Change Management itself is changing. We are meeting with folks from different disciplines and specialties, different methodologies, and different perspectives. In other words, Change Management is evolving. We as Practitioners are positioned to work with groups of new, global and motivated thinkers, who see change as a complement to their specialty. As Regional Director, I want to build on Wendy’s vision to expand our collaborations across ACMP, no matter the location, to develop programs and sessions to keep our Members inspired, empathetic, and energized about change. Programs and seminars that respect our contributions, help us educate our Stakeholders and Senior Leadership, all while engaging our impacted audience in a respectful and inviting manner. That the value in ACMP is to complement project execution while working to build succession and change sustainment.
