Biography / Why I Want To Join The ACMP Texas Board

I believe organizational change management is one of the most critical industries to help bring businesses and humanity into the future. Our industry faces challenges as we make the financial case for the need to plan, track, and assess the effects on people. That's what I think matters so much about OCM. We are tasked with the sole purpose of advocating for employee experience in various ways. Many studies have shown that top talent is motivated by their work experience and structure more than compensation (when it reaches a certain level). The opportunity as change managers to profoundly impact how people work in the future can't be ignored. 

I look forward to continuing ACMP Texas's legacy and building upon it with all of you. We will continue to offer hybrid events that accommodate our ever-changing environment and deepen our corporate partnerships. I want to invite corporate, government, and non-profit leaders to various events & forums to share insights on our excellent work and to have a well-rounded understanding of what's challenging leaders every day. I want an open communication link between the ACMP Texas Board of Directors and the membership to ensure we hear your ideas and suggestions for us to show up for you.
