The course provides Change Management Practitioners, Project Management Specialists, Trainers, HR Specialists, and Organizational Leaders with the in-depth knowledge to prepare for the Association of Change Management Professional's CCMP exam and how to set up and implement the ACMP Change Management Standard at their organization.

The course is divided into four classes:

• Introduction and Change Management Process Overview
• Change Impact and Organization Readiness
• Change Management Strategy and Plan
• Execution of Change Management Plan and Completion of Effort.

If you are unable to make all the scheduled classes, you will be provided a future credit and allowed to enter the same class at some future date.

Courses start on Fridays or Thursday evenings. Each course runs for 4 consecutive weeks, excluding holidays. November and December schedule to be determined.
