ACMP Texas Chapter is a dynamic professional community, and part of the global Association of Change Management Professionals network, recognized as a vibrant and growing source of Change Management talent and expertise.
What is Change Management?
ACMP Global defines change management as the practice of applying a structured approach to transition an organization from a current state to a future state to achieve expected benefits. (See the ACMP Standard for Change Management©, page 9)
How we are structured
As the Texas chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals, we are a 501(c)(6) not for profit organization and are run by a working Board of Directors (BOD). The Board is responsible for the day to day activities necessary to run the operations of the chapter. The Board is nominated by our members and, while we serve all cities in Texas, most events are held within the 4 major regions: Austin, Houston, North Texas, and San Antonio.
How to get involved
Members consist of individuals that are Members of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global). All are invited to register and attend events, even if they are not members of ACMP Global. Members of ACMP Global benefits include:
