Yuliya has 10+ years of success developing strategic plans and building coalitions among multiple stakeholders to unify global, cross functional teams, and ensure change readiness for on-time implementation. She has a proven ability to translate insights and best practices from behavioral science, change management, and organizational development to integrate viable solutions that resonate with all stakeholders and audiences.

Yuliya is also an adjunct professor at UTSA in the Department of Counseling.
