ACMP Texas North Texas Solution Circle

Are you ready to put your thinking caps on to help brainstorm a solution for a fellow practitioner? 

This event is called a Solution Circle and is available for ACMP Texas chapter members that would like to crowd source a solution to a problem they are encountering in their OCM practice. We had a practitioner in North Texas reach out for assistance from fellow colleagues. Solution Circles are designed just for this need. 

Our Solution Circle will focus on Team Engagement in the midst of Covid19. The project is a global ERP implementation with stakeholders in Mexico, Germany, Canada and UK as well as the US. How do you keep end-users engaged? How do you celebrate? How do you do the normal peer-to-peer recognition?

Solution Circles are fun because we get to put our brains together and come up with great ideas that everyone can use in their change programs.
