Setting Vision for CM Projects
Do you ever feel as though you are working hard on the what and how of Change Management (CM), without knowing the why?
As CM practitioners, a critical skill for our success is marketing and knowing how to gain buy-in for our work. We need to be able to communicate to sponsors and stakeholders the value will bring to the table – “why” the work needs to be done!
We have decided to turn the February 23rd Mingle into a hands-on workshop. We will use the coaching insight of Maria Murray Dozlic to roll up our sleeves to get working, practical insight on setting vision for OCM Projects.
About Maria:
Maria is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) with more than 20 years of global multi-industry experience in various Director, Change Lead, Senior Consultant capacities for Fortune 500 companies.
Outside of work and as part of the advancing the change management discipline and community, she launched the ACMP Texas and United Kingdom Chapters as grassroots efforts.
This workshop* is being hosted by Wendy Valot, ACMP Texas - Regional Director, Houston.
As part of the event, think about what vision-setting templates you have used successfully (or not so successfully!) so we can share. Please submit those in advance to Wendy at wendy.valot@acmptexas.org.
Note*: The event will include a workshop where we will define one Opportunity for us all to address. To make participation easier, a solutions template will be sent to Registrants of the meeting, in advance. If you have Registered, you will receive the solutions template in advance of the meeting.
