Join Rachel Hamm and Rosemarie Philip as they walk us through the basics of each profession and show how the two disciplines work together to counsel leaders.
About the Speakers:
Rachel Hamm is a change management practitioner and certified professional coach who enjoys helping people and organizations remove impediments to achieving their goals. She’s been told she is the personification of a smile and a giggle, which puts people at ease and complements her skills as a trained facilitator, natural-born educator, and collaborator on even the most complex initiatives.
Rosemarie Philip is a leadership coach and organization development consultant working with individuals, businesses, and mission-driven organizations. She draws from more than 15 years of experience developing leaders, where she excels at leaning into crucial conversations and providing a safe environment for diverse perspectives to be valued.
