The Queen’s Gambit and the Role of Storytelling in Organizational Change Management Initiatives: An Interactive Workshop

We will discuss:

  • Storytelling as a Core Competency for Organizational Change Managers
  • How enabling employees to see the story behind the change expedites adoption and builds engagement
  • Characteristics of an Effective Business Story

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Apply business storytelling techniques to an actual OCM initiative

About the Speaker:  Jerold Jeansonne, Ph.D

Jerold is Owner and Principal of Workplace Performance Group, a cross-industry organizational effectiveness consulting firm.

 Jerold was recently a speaker at the ACMP TX Chapter Conference and will be speaking at the upcoming ACMP Global Connect in June. His volunteer activities include facilitating a Social Values course to inmates at a local Texas prison.
