• How enabling employees to see the story behind the change expedites adoption and builds engagement
• Characteristics of an Effective Business Story

• Apply business storytelling techniques to an actual OCM initiative

Jerold is Owner and Principal of Workplace Performance Group, a cross-industry organizational effectiveness consulting firm.

 Jerold was recently a speaker at the ACMP TX Chapter Conference and will be speaking at the upcoming ACMP Global Connect in June. His volunteer activities include facilitating a Social Values course to inmates at a local Texas prison.
