Key deliverables of this event:
This workshop will be led by our speaker and will allow collaboration between ACMP and PMI professionals. Critical discussion points will include CM and PM deliverables by stage gate when engaging in key business transformation efforts.
Practitioners from both ACMP and PMI will be joining us!
About our Speaker – Debbra Moussadaq
Debbra is a Program Manager at Celerity, a technology and business consulting firm, specializing in Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Enterprise Agility and Technology. With over 20 years of experience, Debbra is a strategic, master-level OCM and Continuous Improvement senior leader who manages all aspects of OCM on large-scale, complex IT projects with an emphasis on team empowerment.
Debbra is an active member of ACMP Texas. For the last 6 months, she has also been a key member of the ACMP Houston Region Focus Group. This Focus Group provides facilitation leadership at Texas ACMP Houston Regional Events as well as critical feedback on yearly programming and the Houston Region Event calendar.
This event is being jointly hosted by Wendy Valot, ACMP Texas - Regional Director, Houston and Debbra Moussadaq, ACMP Houston. This is a collaborative event with PMI Houston.
