Setting Boundaries in Change Management

  • Zoom

As a Change Management (CM) practitioner, how do you ensure a common understanding of delivery expectations with your clients?

Respect for CM in the marketplace is growing, as the bottom-line value it delivers has become increasingly visible in the last 2 years. Yet, the interpretation of what does it mean to have a CM resource, and what are the CM practitioner responsibilities and deliverables vary greatly from person to person.

Join us for a lively Panel discussion with a group of CM leaders. We will explore:

  • How critical it is to define expectations and set boundaries to ensure success of the CM workstream.
  • How adjacent disciplines, like Project Management and others, may influence these boundaries.
  • How being an independent contractor, an external consultant from a consulting company, or an internal change manager may influence CM responsibilities and deliverables.

  • Expand your understanding of CM responsibilities and deliverables
  • Learn how to set boundaries with your internal and external clients, while delivering top CM value and perhapshow best to say no.

Come prepared with your feedback on the topic and questions for the panel.
