Midday Chat: How much of your current role is truly Change Management?

  • Thu, June 23, 2022
  • 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Zoom

Registration is closed

We want to hear from you - informally - on the topic: How much of your current role is truly Change Management?

This is a direct follow-up to our April ACMP Texas event:

Setting Boundaries in Change Management –

As a Change Management (CM) practitioner, how do you ensure a common understanding of delivery expectations with your clients and possibly, even before that, with recruiters and those in the hiring process?

We will informally share, through this midday talk: How much of your current work is truly CM?

To aid our clients, we often "do the work" that's not CM.  Let's also chat about the question we touched on in our April 2022 event:  Do we have a role in educating our clients on what CM is - to increase their understanding?  i.e. delight the customer but also educate the customer.

Note:  We're trying something new here in 2 key ways:

  1. A midday check-in as timing, vs an evening event.
  2. Informal event - professionally facilitated but without a formal speaker.

We will be looking for feedback on this type of event!

Benefits of this Event:

  • A midday break!
  • A quick chance to network AND have authentic conversation
  • Expand your understanding of CM responsibilities and deliverables.

We look forward to seeing you!

We will close this midday event with a short chat about the exciting ACMP upcoming events the week of June 27th.  Two events: June 27th Texas Regional Event and the Global ACMP Conference June 28th thru July 1st.

This event is being hosted by our Houston Regional Director: Wendy Valot and is open to our Texas-wide audience.

We look forward to seeing you June 23, 2022 at 11:45 AM!

Zoom Meeting Link available upon Registration for the Event.
