North Texas Mingle and Learn Event - Journey Mapping

ACMP North Texas is hosting a Mingle and Learn event at the I Love U A-Latte Coffee Shop in Richardson. Lanette Ferguson, Vice President of ACMP Texas will join us to present:

"Journey Maps and Personas for Stakeholder Change Journeys"

Applying the concepts of journey maps and personas to Change Management initiatives seems to be a concept that is hard to master, until now.
