Beverly Moore is a seasoned Change Management and Project Management Professional currently working at Charles Schwabb as the Technical Program Director for Cloud Operations. Beverly is going to share some of her expertise around Tools that help with planning and executing comprehensive stakeholder communications and engagement plans.

Most organizations, even those not convinced about the need for “Organizational Change Management,” recognize the need to communicate planned significant organizational, process, or technology changes. Unfortunately, most mistake the delivery of a message with communication.

In truth, communication hasn’t taken place unless the message has been delivered, received, and understood.

To help impacted stakeholders not just accept but embrace the changes, communication needs to be push, pull, and two-way; vertical and horizontal; start early and continue past the implementation; and occur at all levels.

We’ll discuss some tools that can help with planning and executing a comprehensive stakeholder communication and engagement plan.

And, leave time to share with each other what has worked, and what hasn’t.

We will meet at Flower Child for dinner at 5:15 for those that want to grab a bite to eat beforehand. Flower Child 500 W 2nd St #133, Austin, TX 78701
