Suzanne Frawley, CHRS, CPLP© has a passion for setting people and organizations up for success. She is the Director, Talent Management for Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. and leads Talent Review & Succession Planning, Leadership & Professional Development, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition. Suzanne’s previous experience includes roles in leading Learning and Organizational Development functions and as a strategic HR business partner. An Ohio native, Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wright State University and has earned several certifications including: Human Resource Specialist from Michigan State University, Certified Professional in Learning Performance from the Association of Talent Development, NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach from Global NLP, and Organizational Development from the Institute of Organizational Development.

Karina Izaguirre is a Global Talent Leader, People Engineer and Inclusive Leader with a passion for helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve their fullest potential one milestone and one transformation at a time. Karina is the Global Head Talent & Learning at Aggreko where she leads the design of talent and learning strategy for Global Functions and Rental Solutions business unit. She supports business growth and objectives through a network of talent and learning managers and coordinators.
Prior to Aggreko, Karina was the Global Leader for People and Talent at Ethos Energy, a joint venture between Siemens and Wood Group where she led the design of the global people strategy and talent processes. Karina spent several years at Halliburton as a Global Competency Leader and as a Global Human Asset Manager during a period of rapid change. Additionally, she spent 15 years of her career with TMK, a Moscow based tubular manufacturer where she held various progressively challenging roles in HR until her transition to Director of Organizational Development.
Karina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Houston Clear Lake and is a certified SPHR and SHRM-CP. Karina invests her time mentoring others and volunteers with several organizations. She is the Chair of the Houston Board for the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), was the North America Regional Lead for Lean In Energy supporting the deployment of a global mentoring platform and is the founder of Lean In Houston Latinas, where she leads group mentoring circles.
When she’s not helping to develop others, Karina loves spending time with her family, cheering for her kids at soccer games and enjoys traveling and singing mariachi.

Jerold Jeansonne is a learning development, organizational development, and change management professional with extensive experience overseeing talent development initiatives, teams, and departments. He is a skilled leader with expertise across multiple industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, financial services, engineering, manufacturing, energy (oil and gas), and higher education. Jerold’s certifications include: Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Extended DISC Behavioral Assessment Coach, Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) 360 Assessment Coach. He is also currently pursuing the Agile/Certified Scrum Master (SCM) certification.
Jerold’s consulting firm, Workplace Performance Group, is dedicated to improving workplace performance through learning, organization, and leadership development, change management, process improvement, and executive coaching. His key clients have included Proserv, Covance, Chevron, CB&I (now McDermott), and ConocoPhillips. Jerold holds a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University, an M.A. from the University of Louisiana, and a B.A. from Louisiana State University.

She currently fulfills her passion for people and organizational development as SVP and Director of Learning and Development for Allegiance Bank. Prior to joining Allegiance, Joanna served as a Senior Talent and Organizational Development Consultant at BOK Financial, and as a Strategist for BrandExtract in Houston, Texas. Joanna also worked as a Regional Director for the University of Phoenix supporting the Central region, which included Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nevada. Joanna has utilized her experience in leadership, management, growth strategies, and change management to consult senior leadership on improving performance and achieving consistent results. She is a future-focused, strategic leader that fosters cross- functional collaboration, and has the proven ability to build effective, profitable relationships.
Joanna has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelors (Hons) in Design and Craft from Robert Gordon University and a certification in Change Management from ProSci. She is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, an Advanced Emergenetics Associate© and an Emotional Intelligence (EQi2.0©) Consultant.
Joanna is the recipient of Director of the Year awards, and a graduate of an Executive Development Program. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Houston Organizational Development Network. She has sat on the board with HAPEN Express Network as part of the American Business Woman’s Association.
Joanna lives in Katy, Texas. When not working, Joanna enjoys running, yoga, reading, watching live music, seeing movies and spending time with her wonderful husband and son.

Patrick D. Hodgins is the Managing Director of Safety, Security, Crisis Management Services & Training for Plains All American Pipeline in Houston, Texas. Plains All American is one of the largest pipeline operators in the United States with more than 18,000 miles of active pipelines that handle over 6 million barrels of crude oil and NGL per day.
Mr. Hodgins has worked for more than 39 years in the chemical, oil and gas industry in the areas of operations, maintenance, business development, risk management, emergency response, and health, safety, security and the environment (HSSE). For the past 29 years, Mr. Hodgins has developed and managed HSSE functions with a focus on behavior-based programs and employee development coaching/mentoring within the chemical, trucking, marine, pipeline and terminal industry.
Mr. Hodgins earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety, Health and Fire Sciences and is certified in Occupational Health Safety Technology. In addition, Mr. Hodgins spent seven years consulting internationally for the energy industry in the areas of crisis management/media relations and emergency response, and his services included developing global strategies and programs for Fortune 100 oil and gas energy companies.

Since August 2018 Arturo Valencia is Vice President Measurement Solutions and Upstream Production America for Surface Technologies, a global business unit of TechnipFMC. He is responsible for setting the global vision and providing leadership, strategic direction, and management of all aspects of the business unit.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Arturo graduated summa cum laude in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, holds a MBA from the Universidad de las Americas and Global Executive Leadership certification from Yale University.
Throughout his career and in his hometown of Mexico, Arturo held various positions beginning with his first job as a drafter at John Crane, a subsidiary of Smiths Group. He eventually worked his way to becoming the General Manager for Flowserve Mexico, evolving from an individual contributor to a dynamic, forward thinking, results-oriented executive leader.
Arturo has been a Texas resident since he joined TechnipFMC in 2008 as the Surface Wellhead South America General Manager, where he had the opportunity to lead a multi-country and multi-cultural team located throughout the region. He developed relations and synergies across the globe to support the development and implementation of the corporate strategies in throughout the region.
