This Workshop is Part 2 of the Workshop from the month of May, to build capability and credibility in your delivery of the ACMP Standard’s CM Step: Evaluate Change Impact and Organizational Readiness.

For this session, we will focus on Evaluating Organizational Readiness.

Our speaker will lead a discussion on how to effectively conduct this assessment and what best practices to keep in mind.

Key results of this process: The Organizational Assessment results provide change practitioners with information to calibrate leader expectations and to scale and customize change management plans and activities.

About our Speaker - Adriana Rapolla

Adriana Rapolla is a partner at The Taligens Group, a global management consulting firm specialized in mobilizing change and effecting transformation in organizations. She has over 20 years of experience successfully serving clients around the world.

Adriana co-founded the ACMP Texas Chapter, and is a founding member and a volunteer of ACMP Global.
