Coaching to Optimize Change Management Delivery
Joint Houston ACMP / Houston ICF Event
Is Coaching the capability that ties both ICF and ACMP professionals together? We think so!
ACMP and ICF leadership believe Change Management and Coaching clearly come together on the element of Coaching People. Specifically, both groups of professionals utilize Coaching as a skill and a catalyst to aid organizations, leaders and teams to maximize their performance, especially in critical types of change.
For this session, we will focus specifically on the ACMP CM Step of Evaluating Change Impact and Organizational Readiness and how both ICF and ACMP lay a strong groundwork and plan to ensure the organization and its leaders launch a CM opportunity successfully.
Key results of this discussion: ACMP and ICF members will better understand how our respective competencies complement each other in preparing organizations and their leaders for Change.
ACMP and ICF are already collaborating on a Texas level. This meeting will launch that collaboration on a Houston level.
We look forward to seeing you on July 20th!
