ACMP Texas Event: Measuring Change Impact

This workshop was a popular one as part of CHG MGMT Global Connect in June and we are bringing it specifically to ACMP Texas for our members to enjoy!
This event is designed to jumpstart the participant’s thinking and actions around change metrics. It will include initial guidance, a case study example for measuring progress throughout the change initiative, as well as knowledge-sharing around best practices for designing and implementing measurement and metrics.
