Alex Dodds is a management consultant for the firm Q5. Originally from London, he is currently living in Sydney, Australia. He is trained in design thinking and qualitative research techniques and has experience both practicing and teaching design thinking in multinational corporations. Most recently, Alex has been working with a large health organization in Australia to define their employee experience strategy through a systems thinking / design thinking-led approach. Personally, Alex enjoys long-distance running and woodworking as well being a long-suffering fan of Newcastle United football club.
