Bio:

Adriana Rapolla is an accomplished Corporate Transformation Professional with a background in Information Technology, Psychology and Executive Education. In 2008 she founded The Taligens Group, where she leads the Change Management efforts for large ERP Implementations.

As the Change Management field grew, Adriana's experience as a pioneer in the area allowed her to help clients design and implement Change Practices, where she developed internal methodologies and frameworks to suit their individual industries and challenges, hired and trained their teams, and re-designed internal processes to fully integrate the new practice. Adriana is fully dedicated to leading and implementing strategic organizational transformation programs. She is passionate about helping clients shape their cultures and mobilize their people to deliver business value, as well as developing a high-trust environment and sustainable change practices to successfully lead the organization into the future.
