Navigating Stress in a World of Change (Virtual Event)

Presented by Adriana Rapolla, Managing Partner at The Taligens Group

In an age where change is the only constant, stress can be the tide that overwhelms or the current that propels us forward. In this session we will look at the transformative potential of stress in the context of incessant change.

Participants will identify the fine line between eustress that motivates and distress that hinders. We will confront the inherent negative bias that often tilts our perception and learn to recalibrate our response to stressors. The session will spotlight the mood of overwhelm that is symptomatic of our times and offer some tools for stress reduction that operates on situational, interpretative, and physical levels.

Whether you're navigating personal transitions or professional transformations, this session will give you the insights to turn the tides of stress in your favor.
