Ricky Mathis, CCMP™, has been a self-employed independent consultant offering change management and digital transformation services since 2017. Prior to that, he worked as a W2 contract employee for his first true consulting engagement.
Before entering the consulting world, Ricky worked in various change management, training, communications, business analyst, and project manager roles in oil and gas, software implementation, and higher education organizations. Ricky has been an active member of the ACMP Houston region since 2020.
Gloria Archer, Managing Partner and Founder of Evolvsys LLC

Gloria Archer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Evolvsys, LLC, a Houston-based organizational change management (OCM) firm specializing in business and IT transformation projects. As an OCM subject matter expert, Gloria has scoped and staffed numerous business and IT transformation projects impacting 2,000 to 15,000+ stakeholders worldwide.
Her company, Evolvsys, has presented for numerous local and global organizations such as the Agile Leadership Network (ALN), Project Management Institute (PMI), Texas Oracle User Group, and Women in Technology International (WITI).
Jerold Jeansonne
Bio:
Jerold Jeansonne holds a BA and MA from Louisiana State University and a PhD from Oklahoma State University. He taught at the university level for 7 years throughout his graduate programs but has spent most of his career in corporate settings, serving as an internal and an external consultant to Fortune 500 companies. His core competencies are OD&D (Organizational Design & Development), OCM (Organizational Change Management), L&D (Learning & Development), Leadership Development, and Corporate Communications.
Jerold is currently an Internal Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a Fortune 100 technology company headquartered in Houston.
